SUMMER SOIREE
Hey guys! With school's end right around the corner and summer's heat already rushing in, it's my personal pleasure to announce the first annual Summer Soiree. And what is the Summer Soiree, you might ask? Well, let me fill you in!

For starters, the heat has brought on the arrival of strange Vouchers in droves, which have a twenty-five percent chance of being randomly be found in threads tagged with Event in the titles! These vouchers look to be staying up in to the end of August, but I'd work to get a lot of them if I were you!
And what can you do with these Vouchers? Well, a certain eccentric group of Tamers who wish to remain unnamed are looking to collect them, and they're willing to offer some nice prizes in exchange. A conversion table can be found in the exchange thread located here.
Please do note, however, that an event thread cannot be modded, so if you tag a soiree thread, there will be no modded Digimon appearing for you to fight with! This is to try to avoid placing too much of a burden upon our lovely staff, who will be running the Vouchers in addition to their normal duties.
And what else does the soiree bring? Aside from a chance to socialize and get a little summer fun going, we're also going to be running a series of raffle contests. For every additional soiree thread you enter, you get one entry into the pot, which will be randomized from for a prize of 10 vouchers!
We're also holding a second raffle for all new characters made during this time frame, which means one entry for each new character approved and the chance for an entry from older members if it is the first completed bio of a member they have recruited. The prizes for these, however, are a closely guarded secret, so you'll just have to wait to find out what they are!
The first contest period is May 17 through June 14, where winners will be announced. Then the next period is June 14 through July 12, where winners will be announced. And the last, but certainly not the least, period is July 12 through August 9.
So with this glorious start to the summer, I'd like to bid you all welcome to the soiree!
