Alex scanned the room his eyes particularly focused on the girl sitting before him her back against a cold tile wall. He arm bleeding and dripping onto the already stained tile floor mixing in with tears together combining to make a nasty concoction of blood and tears. The nauseating smell of feces among other things lingering from the stalls beside her. His eyes were cold as they finally rested on the girl below him his glare making it obvious he disapproved of the act. He opened his mouth to speak sliding his hands firmly into his pockets he wouldn't look away from this weakness, from her weakness. His voice authoritative as it was indeed an order.
"Stop."
Ten minutes earlier Alex was walking in the park, The Tokyo University Basketball team had a game to play at the Sopporo Dome about three or so hours ago. It'd been an hour since they'd trounced the opposing team the final score being 121-58. Once upon a time Alex had a serious love for the sport, and somewhere inside of him he suspected he still did, there simply wasn't anyone good enough at his level to challenge him and as such he'd moved on. Basketball had become a tool for him to get where he needed to be. He played because it funded his education and it kept him fit. After the game he split from his teammates as he always did There was no real camaraderie between team he respected their individual skill, however none of them were even close to his level and so despite playing on a team they played separately, and as long as they or rather he won in the end there were no problems. The bus was scheduled to leave tomorrow morning at 8 and so as long as he made it back to the hotel at a reasonable time there was no need to worry. His teammates were used to him ditching at this point they usually went to celebrate after a game, but he had more important things to attend to.
Those more important things relating to the purple dragon-esque beast at his side. Ace his Dorumon trotted beside his tamer sharing what he'd learned throughout the day. The two were close friends at this point despite never admitting it. Truly Alex was all Ace had and vice-versa Alex being as crude as he was didn't have any friends either. Ace had set up a rendezvous earlier in the day knowing that his tamer would be busy with 'Base-ket ball practice', or whatever it was he did, the digimon didn't really care too much. The point being he'd be busy all day the digimon decided it'd be best that he'd explore the city and see if he could find anything interesting pertaining to digimon around town.
The two had met up in the late evening and it was around 6:30 or so when they met up. The two spoke casually trading any kind of information Ace obviously doing most of the trading when the digimon stopped mid-trot. His eyes sharpened and his features became slightly more ferocious. Alex picked up the cue he'd learned the digimon's ticks early on in their relationship and when his body tensed like that it meant there was a digimon in the vicinity.
"How far away is it." Alex slid his hands into his pockets, pleased with his decision to change into casual clothes before making it out this way.
"About 60 meters....North east." Ace was giving a rough estimate but he definitely knew it was it was somewhere close in that direction, the digimon's now almost feral eyes would meet his tamers, "Your call."
Alex pulled up his suit jacket straightening himself before responding, "We'll pursue." With that the digimon would take off Alex close behind his jacket and darker colored t-shirt billowing as he followed. It only took about a minute for the two to find the source of the 'signal' so to speak. A black and red dinosaur like digimon was clawing at a door. He couldn't say for certain, but the digimon was focused on the door.
Alex more interested in whatever lied beyond the door than digimon in front of him. He'd walk up casually to the digimon regardless if he seemed threatening or not. "I'll break it down, that's what you want right." he spoke lowly. Ace stood beside Alex ready to fight in case the digimon did anything rash. He didn't bother twisting the knob that led into the restroom he quickly slammed his foot at the door knob as hard as he could. He kicked it with such precision someone could swear he'd done it before... they'd probably be right. The door blasted open as Alex walked in on the scene leaving the story where it began.
"Stop."
(So my first thread a bit darker than i'd originally thought it'd be, uh didn't want to god mod or anything so if you have any issues just tell me and i'll fix em immediately and i'm sorry if I did anyways uh enjoy?)
