everybody, panic!
One big boom. That was too simple. It paid for a much more spectacular entrance to have many different explosions, and her playground? Hiroshima city. It was ironic, in a way, that more would pester the poor city as it had done in the past. She had often wondered what if the entirety of Japan was lost to the bombs dropped on it so long ago. What if the Japanese hadn't surrendered and continued to march on till their deaths? A wide smile launched itself across her face, frozen in place as she perched along a high outcrop of building, nestling her thin body between the ledge over a window as she fiddled with the wires in front of her.
Scowling as she became inevitably entangled in the mess, she cussed loudly above the traffic before finally squeezing the mass beside her after wrestling with her boot. Bright magenta eyes returned to the sky in front of her, her grin quick to return and good mood rekindled. She blinked towards the device in her hand, relayed clumsy between the window and the ledge where she sat. It only required a single muscle twitch of her little finger and the whole sky would be alight in flame, igniting the night air in colors and chaos.
Then boom.
Braids finger pressed down, adding weight to the fuel of her desire. Immediately the low lying explosions lit into the air, sending streams of smoke before exploding, sending an array of dangerous fireworks across her complete field of vision. She hollarded and whooped in delight as a traffic light plummeted across the sidewalk, narrowly missing an intersection and an army of cars. She gazed at the colors; blue, red yellow, orange, green, purple, the entire spectrum alight as flame licked the sky. Screams of confusion only caused her grin to widen, baring gleaming white teeth as she hoped down her ledge and jumped down the fire escape.
"Holy fuck, holy fuck!" She squealed as she rushed down the stairs, braids blowing behind her as she reared the corner, only to grab the ledge and jump down to the ground. Heart pounding within her chest, she ran down the street, completely ignoring the fact that she was trailing a few color coded wires over her shoulders as she launched herself into the nearby park. She rounded sharply, the lights and flame slow to descend, and she savored the images and sounds of people around her, cries of confusion in her ears.
Braids chuckled, merely setting herself down upon a park bench to watch the chaos unfold. Behind her crept a familiar shadow, yet she was too entranced with her work to notice a slim, tentacled figure creep up behind her, outstretching a hand to caress the top of her head fondly, amused as well as pleased with his tamer's dangerous sense of fun.
"Oh, Pow - look at all the pretty colors! The sound of them firing - the people, the wreck! Oh! It was perfect." She fawned towards the Keramon without breaking her sights.
